G Cavalry Trumpet with Garland, in Brass. Infantry blue bugle cord. Original wedge cup  mouthpiece (roughly a 9A). Left Handed receiver, cornet bore. I did ask to play it and was politely refused....DARN. My best guess is that this is POST American Civil War, not used in combat.

Presentation quality Garland is engraved:

"I. Straw, Co. C, Klemm and Bro, Philad., 32nd IL Vol. Inf."
